Ancient Stories
- They speak more formal and they use stronger words to describe things so it adds more detail to it.
- Its very important because its a tradition kind of and if its told differently then you're kind of breaking tradition in a way. Like how the native people in the video we watched today were building the bridge and they were teaching the younger kids how to do it. If they didn't learn how to build the bridge correctly then the bridge would fail, hence the "tradition" is broken. Meaning is there it can be lost but I think it is usually there.

I wanted to take this class honestly just as a graduation requirement. I am excited to improve not only my english skills or whatever you want to call them and to maybe open my mind to more/new ideas and grow on the ones i already have. Speaking in front of a class is like terrifying to me like i am a really shy person, but i have gotten way better at talking though. I have been working on my quiet and shyness since birth practically. That would have to be what im most nervous of, speaking in front of the class. My goal is to get more perspectives on theories, life and english. Well, i have a really open mind and if you tell me your idea i wouldn't shut it down, i would respect it and accept it because its an idea those are never wrong(i don't think). I want my perspectives on life and the ind to widen and i want to learn more engish writters who write about deep things. For example, if they write about depression or something like love, i guess. Richard cory would never surprise an open source learning network is because, i would think, they know that even though he had many materialistic things he didn't have one not tangible necessity......happiness.
